Savage/Duggan Vs Taker/Jake Roberts

One of the main events from the Invasion 92 cassette, and also one of Randy Savage's first matches back from 'retirement'.

Some people pimp Virgil as being underrated, but he certainly didn’t prove that here, selling stomps to his back like he was doing pushups over a puddle of piss trying not to get wet.

Forget the bull shit title of this video as it's not true, Andre appears after Undertaker has left... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifk7FkjyYns...feature=related

But its an amazing watch. Cool arena, vibrant colours, wonderful characters all on the screen at once. What a great era.

..then, before i left, i turned around and told the judge "i'm here to state who i am and be honest with you." i said "if they thought i was dangerous on the road like you're trying to accuse me of, wouldn't they have taken my license when i first got it? yes they would. and the judge says "yeah, you have a point," he goes "you don't need to get loud," i said "don't get loud?" i says "i've got every right to get loud." i says "you can't do a god damn thing about it, because i'm expressing myself in your court, and there is nothing you can do about it. you think you're god because you have a robe and you can put people up the god damn river for 20 years? well you're not."
and i left it at that...

It's amazing the weird and awesome stuff you can find on youtube. Here is Bret Hart putting Zoe Ball of all people in the sharpshooter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pPHxhy-2-8

Zoe ball tapped out the the sharpshooter, before tapping out was a well known thing. How very odd.

Not a youtube clip, but I was surreally amazed to find out that Samuel Beckett used to drive André the Giant to school:

http://www.geekosystem.com/samuel-beckett-andre-the-giant/

Apparently they mainly talked about cricket. André liked cricket. Cool.

Holy shit! Must watch that later.

There is an amazing DVD to be made of Scott Steiner. From matches like this through matches like Steiners v Hart Foundation, through to WCW tag stuff, then his big singles matches in WCW near the end, and then to his Indian summer matches in TNA, against Joe and Angle, and the phenomenal Steiners v 3D and Steiner/Animal v 3D.

I keep hoping those guys on PWTorch get round to it, J&M Productions. It might well be the best wrestling compilation ever.

Jerry Lawler vs Tazz

I always thought Tazz was a scary fucker back then. Mind you I was only about 10. They still got the job done with me though.

Real voice? I thought his WWF voice was his real voice. This upsets me.
