Del Sol has excited crowds in DG:USA , Evolve , AAA and CZW . We are sure that any fans that have not seen him before will enjoy very much and I can confirm that he is very much looking forward to his first visit to the UK and making his Southside debut. ENTRANT NO2 - 'EXTREME' DEAN ALLMARK We are very excited to announce that 'Extreme' Dean Allmark will be making his Southside debut at Speed King 2 . Southside and Deano have wanted to work together for a long time and for various reasons have not been able to until now but rest assured this is not the only booking that Deano has with us for 2013. Deano has worked for TNA , Dragongate UK , NGW , RevPro and been a mainstay for All Star for 10 years. The Extreme one has been exciting crowds up and down the UK for years and we are sure he will have the Southside fans gripped straight away. ENTRANT NO3 - 'PARTY MARTY' MARTY SCURLL Winner of the first Speed King Tournament , our first ever Speed King champion Marty Scurll will be back in Nottingham with the intention of winning the tournament once again. Marty will be wrestling Robbie X for the Speed King title in March so there is every chance that he may be walking into the Tournament with the belt. Marty has had a successful career in Southside beating the likes of Mark Haskins , El Ligero , Mk McKinnan , Noam Dar and Zack Sabre Jr to name a few. Marty has also been drafted in by TNA for British Bootcamp since originally winning the belt witch further goes to prove that he is one of the best talents in the UK today. ENTRANT NO4 - ZACK SABRE JR Back by popular demand. Zack is one of the most successful wrestlers in the uk today whether it be in singles or tag action with Southside regular Marty Scurll. Zack has had various successful tours of Japan with Noah and is also a regular for WXW in Germany. Master of the armbar , Zack is regarded by many as the best talent in the UK and certainly made a lasting impression on his Southside debut taking part in 2 amazing matches. ENTRANT NO5 - JAY LETHAL 5th Entrant for Speed King 2 is ROH star Jay Lethal ! Jay is a 6 time TNA X-Division Champion , having many classic bouts with the likes of AJ Styles , Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe to name a few . He has also been a TNA tag champion as well as winning the ROH TV Title and Pure championship. Jay is currently looking to being pushed into the main event with ROH champion Kevin Steen. We are very excited to bring Lethal to Southside , feel free to guess his opponent. ENTRANT NO6 - NOAM DAR 6th entrant features the most highly rated teenager in the UK today. Noam had an amazing 2012 wrestling the likes of John Morrison , AJ Styles , Jerry Lynn , and Davey Richards to name a few . Noam was also a runner up in last weeks final with Marty Scurll . Noam has also been called up to this years Dragongate:UK team and featured for WXW in Germany last year , one thing is for sure is that Noam will be looking to go one step further this year after beating Rockstar Spud last year and getting so close in last years final ! ENTRANT NO7 - EL LIGERO 7th entrant is Southside regular , a man that featured in the first ever Southside show and has main evented many , he also was a involved in the biggest fued in Southside history against Ego Dragon / Martin Kirby which according to Kirby is far from over. Ligero is regarded by many as the top cruiserweight in the country , the big question is can he win his first title in Southside ? ENTRANT NO8 - MK McKINNAN The 8th entrant is MK McKinnan who at the time of writing has made 4 appearances for Southside including the epic tag match where he teamed with Jonathan Gresham to take on Marty Scurll and Zack Sabre Jr . McKinnan has been earning rave reviews at FCP where he has excelled against some amazing international talent including Prince Devitt , Adam Cole and Eddie Edwards and currently holds the FCP belt. Can he add the Speed King title to his collection ? ENTRANT NO9 - JIGSAW 9th Entrant is Chikara star 'Jigsaw' who will be making his first ever visit to the uk. Jigsaw made his debut in late 2002 and has featured for many top US companies including Dragongate USA , CZW , ROH as well as featuring in TNA in 2012 & 2013. ENTRANT NO10 - ROBBIE X Current Speek King champion Robbie X will be at Speed King but the big question is will he be heading into Speed King as the champion. The young underdog firmly established himself as one of the top young talents in the UK with his first round defeat to eventual winner Marty Scurll and then went on to have a career defining match against Jonathan Gresham at Retribution 3. Robbie then beat all the odds at the 2nd Anniversary show beating Marty Scurll , Jonathan Gresham and Martin Kirby to become the Speed King champion. He has since successfully defendeded against Rockstar Spud, Alex Graicie and Zander Cooper. ENTRANT NO11 - MARK HASKINS Mark Haskins is regarded by many as the very best in the UK. He has come up short twice when challenging for the Southside heavyweight title mainly due to interference by the House of Pain however with no members of the House of Pain due to be at Speed King he can focus solely on becoming the next Speed King champion . Haskins has wrestled around the world including Europe , America and Japan and certainly has what it takes to out last 14 other men. ENTRANT NO 12 - ZEMA ION Former TNA X-Division champion Zema Ion will also be making his Southside debut at Speed King. The talented young star is still very much a part of the Southside Roster and has some high level matches against the likes of Rob Van Dam and Austin Aries in the last 12 months. Making his debut in 2004 , Zema has wrestled around the world and especially in Mexico but Speed King will be his first show outside of TNA in the UK. ENTRANT NO13 - MARTIN KIRBY After a self imposed exile from Southside since being revealed as Ego Dragon at the Anniversary show. Martin Kirby until very recently has refused all contact and bookings. Still to explain why he for the best part of 2 years attacked and punished best friend El Ligero we just remember his last words as he walked form the 2nd Anniversary show back in October - This isn't over ! ENTRANT NO 14 - KRIS TRAVIS Finally after what will be 9 months out the shooting star is finally back on Southside and looking to make an instant impression. Travis has had many 5 star matches for Southside including matches with Mark Haskins , Marty Scurll and the epic match with now WWE star PAC / Adrian Neville at last years Speed King. Travis made it through to the final 3 last year , can he go better and leave Nottingham with the Speed King belt on his long awaited Southside return ? ignore him he just feels the need to post as much as possible but say nothing. Because 10 years old use Comic Sans, and not a professional wrestling organisation wanting net-savvy punters through their doors...? |

Sounds good. With it being the same weekend as the 1PW event and with X-Pac being confirmed for that, and speculation that Billy Gunn/Road Dogg may also be there - I'd hope for one (or more) of those guys to be at this event.

I know this is a bit nitpicky but Queensferry doesn't seem very Southside
However it should be a busy weekend for wrestling and it will probably end up being very good This post has been edited by mackie: Dec 18 2010, 21:14 |

Although i would rather not get into any petty arguments on here , i do think it's a shame that i am working really hard to put on some interesting and in my opinion quality events that someone's best comment can be to have a go at the font that i use , but each to there own. Sorry if you think I was being an arse. But it was meant as a harsh "don't do this" as it makes you look unprofessional. It's advice. Take it or leave it. Sorry I didn't deliver it wrapped up in sugar. This post has been edited by Khemical: Dec 18 2010, 20:38 |
