  1. So, there's almost certainly going to be a statement in the next week or so that Tony Khan FEARED FOR HIS LIFE because of that dastardly Jack Perry. Rather than setting Tony Khan up for an angle, I actually think this might be a way to write him off. The Bucks were yelling "who could succeed Tony Khan?!" obviously meaning themselves in their ignorant heel minds, but there's another EVP who's not currently cleared to compete who might be a good fit. And who's scheduled to be on TV next week, who wants to build a feud with the Elite. Or it's Sting. Sting works too. I enjoyed the show. I'm glad Chuck didn't side with Trent because I cannot imagine that being any good, but a heel team with Romero could work well, and I'm here for it. More than happy for Swerve to just a few nice TV wins and swagger for a bit. He needs a title feud, obviously, and they want to set that up well, and this week wasn't the one to do it. Fine by me. Moxley please. Or Christian maybe? What's the status of Swerve's dad. Maybe he can finally face Keith Lee???? Not one, not two, but 3 women's stories on Dynamite this week? Wait no, 4. But what we will complain about? No interest in Rosa v Purazzo, but Deeb and Storm could be fascinating, May's loyalties being torn and Willow were all strong. Mone getting more heelish helped a lot, and I thought that was her best segment since coming in, though admittedly that's a low bar. I enjoyed the gauntlet, but boy did the mood change when Osprey came out. What a star. I was very excited when he won, but mostly because I got "international" mixed up with "continental" and thought he was facing Okada. So the undisputed Kingdom could not be more of a let down. Still, Roddy will make him look a million bucks when it comes to it, and I really liked the post match of him refusing to use the tiger driver, with Callis getting annoyed. Believable, realistic conflict. Back to Okada, I've always thought the boredom is part of the gimmick. The gimmick is that he thinks he's above it all, too good for AEW, and when he finally loses (to either Osprey or Omega) he'll have a meltdown. Mox continues to be the Ace, as ever. I'm definitely on the side of Jungle Jack is outperforming expectations. That grin as he hugged TK was wonderful. You knew it was about to go down. So yeah, enjoyed the show and looking forward to the next week.
  2. I hold the strong belief that Osprey should beat Swerve for the belt at Wembley and then defend it against Danielson at All Out the following week. He's their top babyface now and needs a coronation
  3. Man, imagine if Osprey was willing to graft. Sky would be the limit. Like everyone else, I loved the match, especially the quick draw duel at the end. Remarkable. Unlike everyone else I still loved the finish, because I'm interested to see where it goes. Surely, surely this means Osprey Vs Moxley is in the near future.

    Bluey

No spoilers, but they finished the story.
  5. A fantastic end to the main event, and surely the culmination of the "let's get the lads out for run ins" of mania matches. You're unlikely to top that. It was a great win, but I can't help but be disappointed by Cody's title reign so far. Maybe it's time to take the belt off him. I also thoroughly enjoyed Cody at the end saying that HHH would never want to come out in front of the people and they'd have to drag him out to get his flowers. Hilarious at the best of times, but even funnier with how much this show was about him.
  6. Surprising bit of self-awareness from Piss Jericho, a man known for literally the opposite of that, as he seemingly starts a storyline about attaching himself to a young star to leech off all their popularity and success. Kind of genius. Ospreay! Ospreay! continues on his path to be the biggest star in the company. Special props to the fan in the front row who had a sign about maple syrup for him and turned it upside down whenever Billy was on the mat so he could still read it. It's not much, but I enjoyed it. Finally, it took this week to make me realise that the match I'm most desperate to see Okada have is with Orange Cassidy, and I truly hope that the Young Bucks vs Best Friends sets that up some how.
  7. The focus has been on maybe Seth turning, and I've been wondering if it's going to be Jey going back to the bloodline. Him turning up dressed like the fanny pack photo tonight is CONCLUSIVE PROOF. Jey's rejoining the bloodline on night 1.

    Bluey

I've seen some mentions on here before, but in anticipation of season three, I thought a thread worth making My house is a Bluey house. Our daughter is nearly two and regularly asks to watch Bluey and Hey Duggee because she is a woman of taste. Camping is heart warming and wonderful. Baby race gave my wife some closure on her post natal depression. I recently read that The Show suggests that Bluey is a rainbow baby and unrelated, I got all misty thinking of something manly. Why is Bluey the best? Is it just a Dad thing because Bandit is the Bryan Danielson of parenting?
