Boys cheese done fell off his cracker. I cant wait for it, I actually think we may see an Oliver McCall style in-ring meltdown here. A fight of this calibre shouldn't really have the car crash TV factor being its main source of interest though.

This weekend: One of absolute weirdest builds to a fight ever. Should it even be happening? Who knows, but it is. Ryan Garcia is either doing the greatest troll job of all time, or he's genuinely in the midst of a full blown mental breakdown. I think it's the latter.

Yeah, its a hell of a lineup. Nick Ball doesn't mind being thrown in with the wolves does he, what a guy. Looking at it, I wanted to pick a score on how I think it would play out over the 5 fights, but I really dont know who id pick in most of these.

Yeah, Gaethje had a rough first couple of rounds. The spinning kick at the end of round definitely changed the course of the fight, Gaethje was clearly in a lot of discomfort after that. The broadcast never really touched on it, but a few times it looked like Gaethje turned away in an odd fashion to avoid strikes, probably all down to the pain he was feeling through that busted beak. Crazy fight, amazing finish.

The Matchroom vs. Queensbury press conference is on today at half 5, all five fights will be announced.

I wonder if all sorts of plans got switched on the night because i'd imagine Gaethje would have got the nod if he'd won. Poirier may have 3rd in line.

UFC 300 was tremendous, what a show.

Drove past that whilst working in the area on Thursday, I saw the awards signage outside. Was gonna go in but ended up settling for the greasy heart attack inducing goodness of Charlie's Cafe on the other side of the road. I'm back down there next week, I will drop in and see what all the fuss is about.

Literally no clue on the main event. Hill's been inactive and i feel like i'm discounting his achievments. The whole title win and his reaction afterwards was weird and hes coming back super early from a bad injury so who know's what he's bringing. All signs lead to Pereira to win, but im really not sure. Im taking Gaethje in the BMF fight. Fight weeks has started to have me feel it for Holloway but im sticking with my original pick.
